Payments
We offer the following payment methods (bank transfer) and (mb way).
The data required to pay for an order is provided manually via email within a short period of time.
Payment method by bank transfer has a validation period of up to 48 hours.
Payment method via mb way has a validation period of between 1 hour and 6 hours.
After payment, the customer will receive confirmation via the email mentioned in the purchase process.
Bank transfer
Payment via bank transfer method is credited to the IBAN provided in the purchase process.
This payment method requires identification of the order number when making payment.
You can make the bank transfer through an ATM, or through the home banking service.
Payment must be made within 24 hours to ensure product availability.
The order is sent after the transfer has been validated.
Once the payment and validation period has expired, the order is cancelled.
Depending on the financial institution, or the amount credited to the account, the operation may or may not incur costs.
Mb way
Payment via the mb way method is credited to the contact provided during the purchase process.
Available to all customers who use this service via their personal mobile device.
This payment method requires identification of the order number when making payment.
Payment must be made within 24 hours to ensure product availability.
The order is sent after the transfer has been validated.
Once the payment and validation period has expired, the order is cancelled.

Transport
We arrange delivery service by Correios de Portugal (Ctt) or a shipping company, for example (Mrw, Dhl, Gls).
Orders are sent to the address indicated in the purchase process (always check the address, it must be complete and detailed).
You will be notified of the order status and any updates via the email or contact mentioned in the purchase process.
We process and ship orders from monday to friday, from 9h00 am to 5h00 pm.
Orders placed over the weekend are processed the following Monday.

Pre-orders have a preparation time of 3 to 10 business days.

Returns
Return process
The customer can return their order within 14 working days.
When receiving the item, it is important to validate its condition.
If the item does not meet your requirements, you must report the error using the return form.
The data on the form must match those entered by the customer during the purchase process.
After a response from our services, place the item in original packaging and respective invoice.
The item must be sent to our address .
The shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Once received, the item will go through an evaluation process and meet the requirements described in " Return and exchange conditions ".
You will be notified of the return condition via email.
The refund is made through the payment method used in the purchase process, within 14 working days.
Any refund procedure will be processed as provided for in the legislation in force in decree-law no. 24/2014.
Exchange process
The customer can exchange an item within 14 working days.
When receiving the item, it is important to validate its condition.
Exchanging the item for another with the same code (Sku) is the simplest and quickest process.
The exchange procedure does not guarantee exchange for an item equal in size, color or characteristics.
Exchanges are subject to available stock.
If the item does not meet your preference, you must report the error using the exchange form.
The data on the form must match those entered by the customer during the purchase process.
After a response from our services, place the item in original packaging and respective invoice.
The item must be sent to our address .

Return and exchange conditions
The item must be in its original condition, and its packaging.
In case of a possible manufacturing defect or other anomaly, you must justify it using the form.
Only clean items with no signs of use are accepted.
The item must have labels and respective identifications attached.
Damaged products due to inadvertent use are not accepted.
Spidycat reserves the right to reject trades that do not meet the above requirements.
Spidycat may withhold refund until the item is returned.
Return and exchange form
Fill in the form according to your order.
In case of exchange, it is essential to inform about the new item.
